Fund Overview

The Fund will invest in Australian fixed interest Asset Backed Securities with a particular focus on Residential Mortgage Backed Securities.

The Fund will invest primarily in Australian Asset Backed Securities with a minimum 80% of the Fund’s gross assets (at the time of their acquisition) of Equivalent Rating “AA-” or better.

Under normal circumstances the Fund will invest at least 60% of its assets in Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) with the remainder allocated to Asset Backed Securities that are not RMBS, for example, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities.

The fund will focus on preserving investor capital via market expertise and detailed credit analysis while delivering superior returns through selective investment in discounted Australian Fixed Interest Asset Backed Securities

 

The Investment Manager will not charge an on-going management fee based on a percentage of the Fund’s Net Asset Value. Rather the Investment Manager’s remuneration will be derived from the Outperformance Fee generated by the performance of the Unit Price in excess of the Benchmark, and any Early Withdrawal Fee, thereby creating an alignment of interest with Unitholders.
